Alexandra and Craig shared the sweet story of when they first met in college at Michigan State University. Craig remembers his heart racing and being a little tongue tied at the first sight of Alexandra. And in the sweetest recollection of those moments, he remembers exactly what was said, what she was wearing and how he felt.

They were engaged at Iridescence in Detroit and after he popped the question, he took her back to the location of their first date – The Palace of Auburn Hills . He surprised her with the two of them on the big screen and their family and friends there to celebrate with them.

They chose their stunning wedding venue because they wanted the ‘wow’ factor and The Field Museum certainly has that. It is formal, grand, and classic just like Alexandra and Craig envisioned. After handing most of the planning over to their parents and Chicago-based planning company Bliss Events, they remembered seeing the space on their wedding day and being completely overwhelmed at the breathtaking beauty.
