Lake Geneva Wedding | C + M | Farm Wedding

Caroline & Myles had a beautiful wedding at her parents’ hobby farm and weekend getaway in Lake Geneva. Guests traveled to Wisconsin from all over the world, including Dallas (where the couple lives) and Holland (where the groom’s father is from) to celebrate the couple.

Sara Fay Egan transformed the extensive grounds with distinct areas for each portion of the day. A former tennis court had been covered in sod years ago with the loose idea that some day Caroline would be married there. Indeed the spot was a perfect location for the couple to exchange vows. Post ceremony, guests were led to the side lawn of the home to enjoy cocktail hour. Sara Fay had created outdoor lounges with beautiful upholstered furniture, overlooking the pond. Following cocktail hour, guests then moved over a footbridge to the other side of the property, where a large clear-top tent was set with lanterns and flowers. Along the way, an antique wagon was adorned with buckets of flowers in front of which guests were encouraged to take polaroid photographs to create a guest book for the couple.
